AFL's education and training division, The Light Brigade will collaborate with Fujikura Asia Limited and ITE College West to open a Resource center at ITE College West. Both Fujikura Asia Limited and ITE College West are in Singapore.

The Light Brigade's CFHP courses are popular around the world upon completion of which one can confidently appear for the CFHP exam conducted by FTTH Council Americas. In Singapore also, the joint team plans training courses that support the Fiber to the Home Council’s Certified Fiber-to-the-Home Professional (CFHP) program. After completion of the ITE training program, students will gain required knowledge and practical skills to successfully complete the CFHP certification exam accredited by the Fiber to the Home Council.
