Corenet Oy and Empower Oy have signed a partnership agreement regarding field service and maintenance operations. Corenet’s maintenance technicians will be transferred to Empower’s employment as of 1 September 2014. In future, Empower will be providing service and maintenance operations for Corenet while acting as a partner in other Corenet installation projects.
The new partnership will strengthen Corenet’s service network. Field service coverage will be improved and the company can focus on developing its services and customer relationships. This will help ensure high-quality delivery and maintenance of all services. “Empower has extensive experience in developing similar service business operations in the Baltic region, which will bring clear synergy benefits in the future,” says Director Kari Keinänen from Corenet Oy.
The agreed transfer of the field services will strengthen the position of Empower, and particularly its ICT business unit, as a leading service provider in the industry. The joint resources and expertise of Empower and Corenet will enable a much more versatile service offering. Empower is continuously and actively developing new services in collaboration with its customers and in this way aims to be the leader in its field.
