Job Description
About the role:
TPG Telecom has been appointed as Singapore’s 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and is currently building Singapore’s newest 4G mobile network.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

Reporting to the Head of Channels

Advocates for the end user and shapes the customer experience within existing and new products
Collaborate with partners to detail, design, and implement growth/ marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
Ensure product rollout with good customer experience in mind.
Timely and smooth execution of campaigns, including working with key stakeholders on end-to-end campaign mechanics, whilst actively reducing time to market
Monitor, analyse and evaluate launches/campaigns to ensure its effectiveness and can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Own and Track numbers, keep abreast of trends and conduct competitive analysis
Participate in the continuous improvement of organisational processes

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields
At least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing strategies in telco or industry partners.
Good analytical and segmentation skills, capable of providing insight into customer trends and market needs
Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build a good rapport and collaborative partnership with internal and external parties
Ability to work in an autonomous, results-orientated professional manner as well as work within a team
High level of personal drive, self-motivated and a desire to grow their career and the business
Maintain flexibility in different situations and adapt to change
